The University of Seychelles (UniSey)

Officially inaugurated in November 2010, UniSey is a young academic and research institution which offers its students high quality programmes, a vibrant university life, and an opportunity for its international students to gain a first-hand experience of life on a tropic island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. University of Seychelles is a small educational institution, with approximately 300 students. The education is conducted by 50 teachers and professors. The academic year is divided into trimesters.

The university has two campuses and students are taught by highly experienced academics, some of which have worked in several universities around the world.  Both campuses are based on the Mahé island.  The  main campus is at Anse Royale and the Mont Fleuri campus is home to the India – Seychelles Centre for Excellence in Information and Communication Technology.
