Exam marathon started at the Faculty of Arts

Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saud praised the procedures followed by the college administration, especially in making four passes for entering the students, indicating the distances to be spaced to maintain, measuring the temperatures for all students and gentlemen, as well as allocating two other paths for student exit and ensuring that there are no groupings between students before and after the exams.

Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, indicates that he will perform the exams of 9,600 students from the different departments of the college according to the announced schedule, they were divided into 4 periods from 9 am to 5 pm, so that the number of students does not exceed 1200 students throughout the day, separating each period And another hour and a half for students to exit and complete the sterilization process in all committees, in addition to the spacing mechanisms, as well as providing the necessary ventilation and sterilization methods.

About the examination system, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada explained that the exams are a multiple choice system, indicating that the university administration has provided plastic boxes in which the answer sheets are placed, whereby students place the answer papers by themselves, and they are placed in the consoles for an isolation period before they are circulated, in order to ensure the safety of the members of the body. Teaching and staff before correction.

In addition to doubling the number of committee rooms to 50 committees, as well as allocating a room equipped to conduct tests for students with special needs and a vision center in the faculty.
